Wealth Management for Busy Professionals
Delegate with Confidence. Reduce Decision Fatigue.
Explanation of Services
What Do I Do
I provide ongoing financial planning, risk management and investment management for busy professionals and owners looking to delegate responsibility to a trusted financial professional.
Why Is This Important
As clients’ wealth grow, so do the complexities and nuances of financial decisions that have to be made. Many clients simply do not have the time, skill, or desire to manage those decisions on their own.
What Is the Impact
The impact of my service is found in the amount of time, money, costly mistakes and missed steps I save clients by taking on the responsibility of financial management.
“…like a weight being lifted off of my shoulders.”
Instead of worrying about their finances, clients can focus more time and attention on other areas of life, with clarity and peace of mind.
ACCOUNT PROTECTION
Assets under management are custodied with Charles Schwab, a member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). Schwab offers additional asset protection provisions. Visit Schwab.com to learn more.

Explanation of Advisory Fees
Assets Held Under Management Fee Structure
FMSA’s advisory fees range between 1%—2.50%, based on the amount of invested assets held under management and client complexity levels. Advisory fees are charged on a quarterly basis in arrears.
I exclude cash, cash equivalents, and personal property from “invested assets.”
Example Scenario:
If you had $1,000,000 of invested assets with me and the advisory fee was 1.25% per year, your estimated cost per annum would be $12,500 ($1 million x 1.25% = $12,500)
That’s $3,125 per quarter ($12,500 / 4 quarters = $3,125)
Minimum Assets Held Under Management Requirements
There are no minimum asset requirements to invest with me.
Financial planning offered proportionately with client complexity and assets under management amounts.
