Putting It All In Practice — One Step At A Time
Every new client relationship starts with an Onboarding Meeting where we set up or consolidate accounts, sign documents, create your file vault and map out our meeting cadence.
Our next meeting is a Data Collection Meeting where we gather and input important financial information into our financial planning and tax strategy tools, so that we can build your financial plan.
We spend the first 30-90 days building your financial plan — focusing solely on addressing your most pressing goals and priorities first, and in whichever order that matters most to you. Some plans require more time than others.
Our third interaction is what we call the Implementation Call — during this meeting, we will present specific solutions and strategies, with step-by-step guidance that you can either implement yourself or allow us to implement for or with you.
Finally, through the guide of our Planning Schedule, we will address other areas of your financial well-being (where relevant), ensuring that you are continually on track towards your financial goals and maximizing financial success.

Assets Under Management (AUM) Fees are discounted for financial planning clients
Annual AUM Fee (Basic Level)
Annual 0.15% (no minimum account balance)

-
Example: if you had $1,000,000 invested with us and you were a financial planning client, your annual fee amount charged on those investments would be $1500 (0.15% x $1M = $1500) for the Basic Level or $2000 (0.20% x $1M = $2000) for the Advanced Level.
The total annual cost in this example would be between $6200 and $6700 when you add in the annual flat fee. Using the example of $1,000,000 invested, this amounts to 0.67% of the entire portfolio.

*AUM stands for Assets Under Management or assets and investments held under our management
*AUM Fees are discounted for financial planning clients. See the drop-down for either planning option for details.
*AUM Fees are charged quarterly in arrears and do not include any cost that a mutual fund or investment manager might charge investors (also we are not compensated on fund and management charges, if applicable)
*We exclude cash when calculating the quarterly and annual fee. AUM fee only applies to invested assets.
*Example: If you had $1M ($1,000,000) in AUM, the Annual AUM Fee is 0.85% (or 0.2125% per quarter). If the account maintained a $1M balance each quarter, you would pay exactly $2125 each quarter ($8500/year).
