What You Pay

COMPANY 401(K) MANAGEMENT

Up to 1% AUM + TPA Fee

Total fees may vary depending on plan size, structure, provider and number of participants. We frequently negotiate fees on our clients’ behalf as a benefit.

OmniPlan + WEALTH MANAGEMENT

$11,750 Annual Flat Fee

We discount AUM fees for financial planning clients who also invest with us. For non-planning clients wanting professional wealth management, see our A la Carte fee schedule.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We exclude cash when calculating the AUM Fee, which oftentimes result in significant savings to our clients when comparing against traditional AUM Fee models. We believe in fair, value-based pricing that promotes a win-win, always.

  • Assuming $2 Million Total ($500k Cash + $1,500k Invested)

    • Traditional 1% AUM Model: You'd Pay $20k/year

    • OmniPlan Flat Fee: You'd Pay $11,750/yr
      + $1500/yr if ‍you invest with us (AUM Discounted to 0.10%)

    • Our AUM Fee Model (a la carte): You'd Pay $8250/year

  • There are no asset minimums to work with us.

  • For the first 30-90 days as part of our Onboarding process, we will meet frequently to get you and your plan set up and set the meeting cadence from there.

  • We are based out of the great bourbon and horse state of Kentucky.

  • Since 2019-20. Independent since 2024.

  • In principle, we believe:

    • We do not gamble and we do not speculate on the price of assets. We believe price is what you pay but value is what you get

    • We believe behind every stock is a business; behind every bond is an issuer; behind ever fund is a fund manager—we focus on the parts of investing that matter most

    • We maintain a long-term view while focusing on positioning client assets to best support their short- and long-term financial needs

    • We believe in diversification as a strategic approach to de-risk, but understand that real wealth is built through strategic concentration of owning high-quality assets

    • We believe in knowing what you own and why you own it, and we utilize a 5-Step Process for evaluating and understanding every investment we own or recommend
